How We Develop Your Custom Software
At Consciat, we take a look at your workflow, from the initial customer call through to invoicing. We ask the important questions, as to why something is done and how it can be done more efficiently. The goal is to construct a model and integrate a workflow system that really works for your business and helps you save time and money. Generating a quote, letter, work order, or invoice becomes a simple, streamlined procedure.
We ask questions such as: What triggers certain decisions or actions to move a customer to the next step in the process? What department has responsibility for these action steps? How long does it take you to input data or output necessary work orders or forms? Etc.
Once the current workflow system is mapped out, Consciat analyzes the entire system. We look at potential areas of improvement and give you a proposal, outlining the implementation of the system and a timeline for that implementation and what this will cost you.
After approval of the proposal, we start developing this electronic workflow system. We meet with you, weekly, to make certain we are addressing all your needs.
Consciat then begins implementing your system and training your staff. Once all training is completed, the system will go live. We are always there to support you and your employees, not just during the initial phase.
